About Julie: Julie, a Montana Native, has resided in the Whitefish area for nearly 25 years. She and her husband, John, a prominent local architect, are parents of two very active teenage boys. Together the family enjoys the bounty of Montana's outdoor playground. Snow skiing, backcountry snowmobile exploring, boating, fishing, camping, hiking and golfing are seasonal pleasures they feel compelled to endure. Cheering the boys at their soccer, baseball, and ski competitions are Julie's sideline activities. Prior to her real estate career, Julie was a schoolteacher (12+yrs.), ski instructor, and worked in the office of the family's architectural business.

Julie has a long list of experiences in the real estate world. Over the past 20 years, the family business, J Constenius Architects, has exposed her to an array of unique projects that have taught her invaluable knowledge in regards to the building and real estate industry. Through the years working in both the Whitefish and Whitefish Mountain Resort real estate offices, she has worked with many types of realty, but resort properties and new home construction are her specialty.
