The Hot Springs is twelve miles east of Anaconda. Nearby Peterson's Corrals offers guided horseback rides through the Mount Haggin Wildlife Management Area.

Other activities involve fast cars, racing down a hill, and lots of water. Many visitors travel to Anaconda to participate in the drag, street car, and motor cross races held at Lost Creek Raceway. Anaconda's newest attraction, the Copper Chute, is a super slide at the Charlotte Yeoman Martin Complex on the northeast edge of Anaconda. The slide starts atop a 40-foot mound of earth and undulates to the bottom in sections with varying slopes, none steeper than 45 degrees. A sand pit at the bottom of the 140-foot slide breaks the ride, but riders can bail out safely before reaching the bottom. The slide is open to kids of all ages and best of all -- it's free.
